CIEX No. 6/2021: Authorization of the Central Bank of Bolivia in the Deferred Settlement Module of the Integrated Payment Settlement System for Internet Title Sales
The Central Bank of Bolivia is authorized as a participant in the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) to sell titles via the internet. The Bank is assigned the participant code MLD1004 and the abbreviation BCB, enabling it to send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD. Participants are instructed to use the MLDConsultasService to retrieve the Bank's public key for configuring their IT systems accordingly.

Gentlemen:
All participants in the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) are hereby notified that the Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) is a participant in the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the LIP for the sale of titles via the internet. Consequently, the BCB is authorized as a participant and may send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD with the following details:

Additionally, in accordance with the Operational and IT Guidelines of the MLD through the MLDConsultasService service - method obtain Certificates, participants may consult the public key of all entities enabled in the MLD. In this regard, participants are requested to take this information into account to configure the BCB's data as a participant in the corresponding IT developments.
