CIEX No. 60/2020: Central Bank of Bolivia Operating Hours for December 24 and 31
The Central Bank of Bolivia establishes modified operating hours for financial and payment system operations on December 24 and 31, 2020, in accordance with Ministry of Labor Communication No. 75/2020. The circular specifies that most services, including fund transfers, USD sales, and public counter services, are restricted to end times between 10:00 and 13:00. Specific cycles for payment systems such as ACCL, MLD, and UNILINK are adjusted with precise start and end times for net position payments and limit increases. These operational adjustments apply to financial entities, public and private entities, and participants in the Integrated Payment Liquidation System (LIP).
