CIEX No. 66/2019: Authorization of Settlement Accounts for ATC S.A., LINKSER S.A., and ACCL S.A.
The Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes ATC S.A., LINKSER S.A., and ACCL S.A. to use specific settlement accounts for sending and receiving transfers via operations E-30 and E-33 within the Integrated Payment Liquidation System (LIP). The designated account numbers are 8270 for ATC S.A., 8274 for LINKSER S.A., and 8272 for ACCL S.A. These authorizations are incorporated into version 2.0 of the LIP Operational and IT Guide.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia, within the framework of its regulatory powers over the national payment system and in accordance with the Regulations on Payment Services, Electronic Payment Instruments, Clearing and Settlement, approved by Supreme Decree No. 137/2019 of October 8, 2019, informs all participants in the Integrated Payment Liquidation System (LIP) that Settlement Accounts have been authorized for ATC S.A., LINKSER S.A. and ACCL S.A., for the sending and receiving of transfers through operations E-30 "Transfer with unclassified gloss" and E-33 "Transfer to accounts of clients of the financial system" according to the following detail:
