CIEX No. 7/2021 - Compliance with Board Resolution No. 078/2020 - Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) Regulation
The Central Bank of Bolivia reminds participants in the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) and ACCL to comply with Article 30 of Board Resolution No. 078/2020. Specifically, participants must adhere to the MLD Regulation and ensure the availability and operational continuity of their computer developments during the MLD operating hours established in the Operational and IT Guides. This directive applies to all financial entities participating in the LIP and ACCL systems.

The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) reminds participants in the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the Integrated Payment Settlement System that they must comply with the provisions contained in the MLD Regulation approved in Board Resolution No. 078/2020 of August 25, 2020, Article 30. (Obligations of participants) subsection a) Comply with the provisions contained in the MLD regulation and subsection e) Guarantee the availability and operational continuity of their computer developments during the MLD operating hours established in the Operational and IT Guides.
