EXTERNAL CIRCULAR La Paz, January 16, 2023 CIEX No. 7/2023 FROM: GENERAL MANAGEMENT MANAGEMENT OF FINANCIAL ENTITIES TO: FINANCIAL ENTITIES PARTICIPATING IN THE INTEGRATED PAYMENT LIQUIDATION SYSTEM SUBJECT: AUTHORIZATION OF "IDEPRO – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTIONAL FINANCIAL DEVELOPMENT ENTITY" AS A PARTICIPANT IN THE DEFERRED LIQUIDATION MODULE (MLD) OF THE LIP

Gentlemen: The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies all participants of the Integrated Payment Liquidation System (LIP) that IDEPRO – Business Development Institutional Financial Development Entity has successfully completed the incorporation process into the Deferred Liquidation Module (MLD) of the LIP, meeting the requirements of current regulations; consequently, as of January 13, 2023, it is authorized as a participant and may send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD according to the following details:

Participant: IDEPRO – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTIONAL FINANCIAL DEVELOPMENT ENTITY Participant Code: MLD27009 Acronym: IID

Additionally, in accordance with the Operational and IT Guides of the MLD, through the MLDConsultasService service – method obtain Certificates, participants can consult the public key of all entities enabled in the MLD. In this regard, participants are requested to take this information into account to configure the participant data in the corresponding IT developments.
