The Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Abierta Pio X Ltda. (CPX) to participate in the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) effective December 16, 2019. CPX is assigned the participant code MLD3011 and is permitted to send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD. Other participants are instructed to update their IT configurations to include CPX's public key, which can be retrieved via the MLDConsultasService.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) informs all participants of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) that the Open Savings and Credit Cooperative Pio X Ltda. (CPX) has successfully completed the incorporation process into the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the LIP, meeting the requirements of current regulations. Consequently, as of December 16, 2019, CPX will be authorized as a participant and may send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD according to the following details:
