CIEX No. 74/2019: Authorization of Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Abierta San Pedro Ltda. in the Deferred Settlement Module of the Integrated Payment Settlement System
The Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Abierta San Pedro Ltda. (CSP) to participate in the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP), effective December 16, 2019. This authorization permits the CSP to send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD under participant code MLD3005. Additionally, participants are instructed to utilize the MLDConsultasService to retrieve the public keys of all entities enabled in the MLD for their respective IT system configurations.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies all participants of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) that the San Pedro Savings and Credit Cooperative Ltd. (CSP) has successfully completed the incorporation process into the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the LIP, meeting the requirements of current regulations. Consequently, as of December 16, 2019, the CSP will be enabled as a participant and will be able to send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD according to the following details:

Additionally, in accordance with the Operational and IT Guides of the MLD through the MLDConsultasService - method obtain Certificates, participants may consult the public key of all entities enabled in the MLD.
