CIEX No. 9/2019: Authorization of Cooperativa El Chorolque R.L. in the Deferred Liquidation Module of the Integrated Payment Liquidation System
The Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes Cooperativa El Chorolque R.L. to participate in the Deferred Liquidation Module of the Integrated Payment Liquidation System starting February 25, 2019. This authorization permits the entity to send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders through the module. Participants are instructed to use the MLDConsultasService to retrieve the public keys of all authorized entities for system configuration purposes.

IN THE DEFERRED LIQUIDATION MODULE (MLD) OF THE INTEGRATED PAYMENT LIQUIDATION SYSTEM (LIP) TO: SUBJECT: Ladies and Gentlemen: The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) communicates to all participants of the Integrated Payment Liquidation System (LIP) that Cooperativa El Chorolque R.L. (CCR) has successfully completed the incorporation process into the Deferred Liquidation Module (MLD) of the LIP, meeting the requirements of the current regulations. Consequently, as of February 25, 2019, CCR is authorized as a participant and may send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD according to the following details:

Additionally, in accordance with the Operational and IT Guides of the MLD, through the MLDConsultasService service - method obtenerCertificados, participants can consult the public key of all entities authorized in the MLD. In this regard, we request that this information be taken into account to configure participant data in the corresponding IT developments.
