CIEX No. 9/2022: New Versions of Information Capture Systems for the Central Bank of Bolivia

EXTERNAL CIRCULAR La Paz, March 2, 2022 CIEX No. 9/2022 FROM: GENERAL MANAGEMENT FINANCIAL ENTITIES MANAGEMENT TO: FINANCIAL INTERMEDIATION ENTITIES SUBJECT: INFORMATION CAPTURE SYSTEMS FOR THE BCB

Gentlemen: The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) informs Financial Intermediation Entities that it will make available new versions of the Information Capture Systems, incorporating the Open Savings and Credit Cooperative "Cristo Rey Cochabamba" R.L., according to the following details:

1. System for Capturing Operations for Interest Rates and Exchange Rates (Version 4.51).
2. System for Electronic Information Capture and ATMs (Version 1.08)
3. System for Capturing Information for the Housing Price Index (Version 2.12).

The new versions of the systems will be available on the ASFI intranet on March 18, 2022, and will enter into force on March 22, 2022.

Therefore, the following must be considered in the submission of information: a) Information on interest rates and exchange rates, as well as electronic transactions and ATMs, must be sent to the BCB using the new versions (4.51 and 1.08, respectively) starting from March 22, 2022, with information from the previous day. b) Information on the Housing Price Index corresponding to the month of March 2022 must be submitted by April 15, 2022, using the new version 2.12.

Exceptionally, the Open Savings and Credit Cooperative "Cristo Rey Cochabamba" R.L. must send information on interest rates and exchange rates, as well as electronic transactions and ATMs, for the period from March 21 to 28, 2022, by March 29, 2022.
