The Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores notifies regulated entities of a new United Nations Security Council sanctions list published on October 8, 2025, identified by UN List Code SCA/18/25(01). Recipients are instructed to immediately contact the Financial Analysis Unit if they have not received the list.

For the purposes stated herein, the Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores informs the Regulated Subjects under the authority of this body that the United Nations Security Council has issued a new sanctions list, which can be verified under the following identification.
- UN List Code: SCA/18/25(01) Publication date: Wednesday, October 8, 2025.
If you have not received it, please contact the Financial Analysis Unit immediately.
