Circular 02 of 2020: NCR Office Lockdown and Remote Contact Details

The National Credit Regulator (NCR) offices are on lockdown from 27 March 2020 until 16 April 2020, during which the regulator will not operate at full capacity. Specific departments remain accessible remotely via designated email addresses for complaints, media queries, registrations, debt counselling, DHS, PDA, credit provider, credit bureau, and statistics inquiries. The NCR advises stakeholders to expect delays in responses during this period.

Circular 02 of 2020 In response to the rapid escalation of the COVID-19 and the national lockdown measures pronounced by the President, please note that the offices of the National Credit Regulator (NCR) will be on lockdown effective 27 March 2020 until 16 April 2020.
