Circular 03-2022: Electronic Invoicing Before the General Directorate of Revenue
The Superintendency of Securities (SMV) reminds regulated entities and licensees of the mandatory adoption calendar for the Panama Electronic Invoicing System (SFEP) before the General Directorate of Revenue (DGI). This requirement is based on Law 256 of November 26, 2021, and compliance with the specified schedule is obligatory for all affected entities.

Considering that Law 256 of November 26, 2021, is generally known, we remind our regulated entities and licensees of the existence of an adoption calendar for the Panama Electronic Invoicing System (SFEP) before the General Directorate of Revenue (DGI), which is of mandatory compliance.
