FROM: GENERAL MANAGEMENT TO: PARTICIPATING ENTITIES SUBJECT: CONTINUITY EXERCISE FROM BCB ALTERNATE PROCESSING SITE WITH MEFP, ASOBAN, AND PARTICIPATING ENTITIES

Ladies and Gentlemen:

The Central Bank of Bolivia, with the objective of verifying the response level of its operations and maintaining the availability of its services in case of contingencies, has scheduled an operational continuity exercise through its Alternate Processing Site. This activity will begin at 16:00 on Saturday, October 20, 2018, and is expected to conclude at 20:00 on Monday, October 22, 2018.

Due to the fact that this exercise will involve the Financial System (ASOBAN, participating entities) and public entities (MEFP, BCB), close coordination and verification by the participants is of vital importance. Therefore, I request that you instruct the relevant instances of your entity to review and continuously monitor the operations to be carried out.
