Reference: Graphic asset to be published on the bank's website

Dear General Manager:

The Superintendency of Banks of Panama (SBP) is pleased to share the graphic asset that includes the official logo of the institution, which must be published on the main page of the bank's website, considering that we act, in accordance with the Law, as the regulatory and supervisory entity for banking in Panama:

The graphic asset, in PNG format, must be published in accordance with the following instructions:

1. In a size of 150 px x 150 px, on a light background, preferably white (color graphic asset) or on a dark background (linear white graphic asset). Additionally, backgrounds with patterns should be avoided.
2. Preferably in the lower-left margin of the website's home page.
3. Maintain its size and proportion and it must not be modified.

For the above reason, please find attached the files with the color graphic asset and the linear white version, both with a transparent background, for the indicated purposes. We appreciate your reminder that the same must not be used for purposes other than those indicated in this circular.
