Circular 11/2010: Regarding the Circulation of New Periodic Financial Statement Forms Required from Commercial Banks

The Central Bank of Libya mandates commercial banks to adopt new periodic financial statement forms, including monthly balance sheets, income statements, and annual cash flow statements, along with a detailed data guide. Banks are granted a six-month deadline to adjust their core banking systems to extract these reports using standardized account numbers. The new forms incorporate requirements for monetary surveys and resident/non-resident account classification.
