Circular 126 (2018): 2019 Calendar for FECI Report Submission

We take this opportunity to reiterate to you that the calculation of the dates established in the calendar corresponds to the first ten (10) business days of the month following the respective reported month.

Article 17 of Executive Decree No. 29 of August 8, 1996, establishes that Banks and Financial Entities must deliver to this Superintendency of Banks, within the first ten (10) days of each month, the sums collected in the previous month by reason of the 1% retention, as well as information on loans granted to qualified sectors, the discount of interest applied, and the total or partial amount of compensation or reimbursement to which they are entitled for such reason, in addition to any other additional information that the Superintendency requests for the correct application of Law 4 of May 1994 and its regulatory provisions.

For the purposes of calculating the deadline days established therein, the first ten (10) business days are considered.
