Circular 15-2026: Lists Issued by the United Nations Security Council (UNSC)
The Securities and Exchange Commission of Panama informs regulated financial obligated entities that the United Nations Security Council has issued a new sanctions list, identified as SCA/2/26 (07) and published on July 22, 2026. Financial obligated entities are required to verify this new list and, if they have not received it, must immediately contact the Financial Analysis Unit.
