Circular 16-2026: UN Security Council Sanctions Lists
The Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores notifies regulated financial obligated subjects of a new sanctions list issued by the UN Security Council, identified by code SCA-13-26(03) and published on July 27, 2026. Financial obligated subjects are required to verify this list and immediately contact the Financial Analysis Unit if they have not received the notification.

For the corresponding purposes, the Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores informs the Financial Obligated Entities regulated and supervised by this Authority that the United Nations Security Council has issued a new sanctions list, which can be verified under the following identification:

- Publication Date: July 27, 2026.
