REFERENCE: Update of Regulatory Forms and Reports — Single Account Plan (PUC) and DS-01.
Dear Sirs:
With the aim of strengthening supervision mechanisms and improving the quality of information reported by regulated entities, we inform you that updates have been incorporated into the following regulatory forms and reports, which will enter into force upon the submission of reports corresponding to July 2026, with a deadline for delivery on August 17, 2026:
1. Single Account Plan (PUC)
New subaccounts are added within the groups “Assets Under Administration — Cash in Custody” (7-1-4-00-00-00-00-0) and “Assets Under Administration — Securities in Custody” (7-1-5-00-00-00-00-0), with the purpose of breaking down balances by government institution: Social Security Fund (CSS) and SIACAP.
2. DS-01 — Transaction Report
The “Government Transactions” sheet (Form DS-1) is added, intended to report transactions carried out with government institutions, specifically the Social Security Fund (CSS) and SIACAP. The fields include: type of operation (for own account or for clients), institution details, transaction and settlement dates, issuer data (name, ISIN, ticker), quantity, price, and total amount in USD.
The updated forms will be available on the institution's website: section > SERI > SERI Forms > [corresponding section] > Forms (CSV Templates).
