The Central Bank of Libya clarifies that clubs, unions, associations, and similar entities are subject to the same regulations as charitable institutions and non-governmental organizations regarding the opening of bank accounts. This directive applies these rules under Article Eight of Board Decision No. (36) of 1377 AH (2009 CE), which governs procedures for commercial banks to open accounts.
