The Central Bank of Libya reiterates that commercial bank directors are limited to four official travel missions per year. Any travel exceeding this limit requires prior authorization from the Central Bank, and bank boards of directors must monitor compliance while minimizing non-essential travel. This directive applies to all commercial banks and reinforces previous circulars regarding travel approvals and reporting.
