The purpose of this Circular is to inform all registered credit providers of the details of the new debt counsellor who has taken over the files of the late Mr Albert Muller – NCRDC 110. All consumers who were under the profile of Mr Muller were transferred to Mr Mulder –NCRDC 1321, trading under the name of D-Reviews Advisors, on the 07th of March 2017.
