CIRCULAR CONSAR 19-22, Modifications to the General Rules Governing the Information that Retirement Fund Administrators, Specialized Retirement Fund Investment Companies, Receiving Entities, and Companies Operating the National SAR Database Must Submit to the National Retirement Savings System Commission.

CIRCULAR CONSAR 19-22, Modifications to the General Rules Governing the Information that Retirement Fund Administrators, Specialized Retirement Fund Investment Companies, Receiving Entities, and Companies Operating the National SAR Database Must Submit to the National Retirement Savings System Commission.

The President of the National Retirement Savings System Commission, pursuant to Articles 5, fractions I, II, VII, and XVI; 12, fractions I, VIII, and XVI; 88; 89; 90, fraction II; 91; and 113 of the Law of the Retirement Savings Systems; 106 of the Law of the Institute for Social Security and Services for State Workers; 140 of the Regulations of the Law of the Retirement Savings Systems; and 1, 2, fraction III, and the first paragraph of 8 of the Internal Regulations of the National Retirement Savings System Commission, has deemed it appropriate to issue the following:

CIRCULAR CONSAR 19-22, Modifications to the General Rules Governing the Information that Retirement Fund Administrators, Specialized Retirement Fund Investment Companies, Receiving Entities, and Companies Operating the National SAR Database Must Submit to the National Retirement Savings System Commission.

SOLE.- The First Transitory Rule, fractions V and X of CIRCULAR CONSAR 19-21, Modifications and Additions to the General Rules Governing the Information that Retirement Fund Administrators, Specialized Retirement Fund Investment Companies, Receiving Entities, and Companies Operating the National SAR Database Must Submit to the National Retirement Savings System Commission, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on January 18, 2019, are MODIFIED, to read as follows:

"FIRST.- These modifications and additions shall enter into force on the next business day following their publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation, with the exception of the following:

I to IV. ...

V.

Annex 123 shall enter into force on the last business day of August 2019, with information corresponding to the second quarter of 2019;

VI to IX.

...

X.

Annexes 114, 115, 133, 134, 135, 136, 137, and 138 shall enter into force on October 7, 2019, with information from the week prior to that date."

TRANSITORY PROVISIONS

FIRST.- These modifications and additions shall enter into force on the next business day following their publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.

SECOND.- Upon the entry into force of these modifications, all provisions that contravene these shall be abrogated.
