Circular CSSF 25/894 — Information to be submitted to the CSSF in relation to investment funds non-authorised by the CSSF
The CSSF issued Circular 25/894 to establish the specific information requirements for investment funds that are not authorized by the regulator. This framework mandates that Luxembourg AIFMs and ManCos submit detailed initial and update forms for both compartmentalized and non-compartmentalized AIFs and UCITS. The regulation also defines the mandatory notification procedures for the cessation of management for these non-authorised funds.
