Circular CSSF 26/906 — Central administration, internal governance and risk management
The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier issued Circular CSSF 26/906 to establish requirements for central administration, internal governance, and risk management. This document supersedes and consolidates previous regulations, including Circulars IML 95/120, IML 96/126, IML 98/143, and CSSF 04/155, which have been updated as of June 30, 2022. It also addresses specific applicability to electronic money and payment institutions regarding their central administration and infrastructure.
