Banks are required to submit a request to the Central Bank of Egypt containing the names of all foreign (non-Egyptian) individuals whom the bank wishes to appoint or renew their appointment in service. The request must include a curriculum vitae, a status statement, and declarations related to these individuals to obtain the Central Bank of Egypt's prior approval. This requirement applies to foreign individuals appointed in various bank departments, excluding those subject to Article 43 of Law No. 88 of 2003 and managers subject to specific regulatory instructions.
