Referring to the Central Bank's letter issued on February 23, 2025, regarding the Cabinet's approval to launch an initiative to support priority industrial sectors according to the Ministry of Finance's criteria with a 15% interest rate, I would like to inform you that the Cabinet, in its 77th session held on January 28, 2026, approved amending some of the initiative's criteria as follows:

1. Amendment of item (3) of the initiative's criteria by adding some new industrial sectors and activities to the priority industrial sectors and activities, according to the attached amended statement.

2. Amendment of item (7) of the initiative's criteria so that the maximum financing for a single client within the initiative framework is 100 million EGP instead of 75 million EGP, and for financing a single client and related parties, it is 150 million EGP instead of 100 million EGP; the volume of credit available within the initiative for each client will be determined based on their business volume and regulated banking rules.

Please take the necessary action in this regard.
