Circular Externa No. 015/2018: CIEC System Contact Information Update
The Central Bank of Bolivia requires all financial entities to submit the name, email, job title, and phone number of personnel responsible for generating information for the CIEC system by April 15, 2018. Any subsequent changes to this reporting staff must be updated immediately via the designated email address.

SUBJECT: INFORMATION CAPTURE SYSTEM FOR ELECTRONIC TRANSACTIONS, CHECKS, AND AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINES (CIEC)
Dear Sirs and Madams:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) receives daily information on electronic transactions, checks, and automated teller machine operations ordered by users within a financial entity through the CIEC information capture system.
In order to maintain an updated database of the persons responsible for generating the information in the aforementioned system, it is requested that all financial entities send the following information to the BCB:
- Full names
- Email address
- Job title
- Phone number
This information must be sent by April 15, 2018, to the email address: sistemadepaqos@bcb.gob.bo
Finally, in the event of changes in the personnel responsible for reporting CIEC information, this information must be updated immediately to the specified email address.
