Circular Externa SGDB N° 010/2018: Modification of Operating Hours for Credit Card Administrator (ATC) Settlement Operations
The Central Bank of Bolivia modifies the operating hours for Credit Card Administrator (ATC) settlement operations within the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP), effective February 19, 2018. The new schedule assigns specific time slots for net position limit increases (12:01–12:45), debtor net position payments (13:16–14:30), and the submission and payment of uncovered payroll reports (14:31–15:15), concluding with creditor net position payments (15:16–15:45). These changes apply to all financial entities participating in the LIP system.

The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies participants in the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) that, effective February 19, 2018, the operating hours for operations related to ATC settlement are modified as follows:
The modifications described are part of the Operational and IT Guide of the LIP System (v.1.0).
