Greetings,

The Central Bank of Libya Administration received a letter from Mr./Chairman of the Supreme Council for National Defense, bearing reference number W.D.117/9353, dated 2014/12/31 AD, addressed to Mr./Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, which requested the issuance of directives not to consider any transaction concerning the Ministry of Defense, the military institution, and its affiliated entities, except by the personal signature of the Chairman of the Supreme Council for National Defense.

We enclose herewith a copy of the aforementioned letter from Mr./Chairman of the Supreme Council for National Defense, for taking the necessary actions in this regard.
