The Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago mandates that licensed financial institutions and financial holding companies use the updated Leverage Ratio Return template (CB100LR V1.1) for all submissions dated September 30, 2024, and onward. This revised version includes back-end coding, a cover page, a signature page, and minor formatting changes, with non-compliant reports subject to resubmission. Institutions must file via the Go Anywhere portal within twenty working days of the reporting date, adhering to the specific file naming convention: InstitutionCode-CB100LR-V1.1-MMMYYYY.xlsx.

We have made further revisions to the CBlOOLR and licensees and financial holding companies are now required to use the updated version labelled CBlO0LR Vl.l. The new template contains back-end coding for improved data intake, a cover page, a signature page and minor changes in the formatting. In addition, there are general instructions which will supplement the previously issued Instructions for Completing the CB1 00LR. Licensees and financial holding companies will be required to report the Leverage Ratio using the updated version of the CBlO0LR for submissions dated as at September 30, 2024 and onward. The revised template can be found on the Central Bank's website at https://www.central-bank.org.tt/publications/regulatory-retums/banking-sector-regulatonretums. Licensees or financial holding companies that fail to submit reports using the new version will be required to resubmit the report. Submissions are to be made via the Central Bank's Go Anywhere portal, twenty (20) working days after the reporting date, as is currently done. Similar to the last correspondence to facilitate the receipt ofthe CB1 00LR via the portal, all reporting institutions must adhere to the following naming convention: InstitutionCode -CBlO0LR -Vl.l -MMMYYYY.xlsx.
