The Central Bank of the Argentine Republic waives objections to financial entities acquiring municipal public debt securities issued by the Municipality of San Isidro, Buenos Aires, up to a total amount of $30,000,000,000 pesos. This authorization applies to securities designated as “San Isidro Infrastructure Bonds” under Municipal Ordinance 9,439/26 and Treasury Secretariat conditions. Participating financial entities must continue to observe credit risk fractionation provisions as required by the relevant regulation.
