Circular NBB_2022_29: Extension of High Earners Reporting Deadline for 2022
The National Bank of Belgium grants an exceptional transitional extension for the submission of 'High Earners' data for the reference year 2022, allowing transmission until 31 August 2023. For all subsequent years, the annual reporting obligation must be fulfilled before 15 June.

Notwithstanding what is stated in Circular NBB_2022_29, the "High Earners" reporting can be sent to the NBB until 31 August 2023 for the reference year 2022 (exceptional transitional system). For the following years, it must be transmitted annually before 15 June.
