Circular No 01 of 2018 - New Debt Counsellor Fees
The National Credit Regulator introduces a new debt counsellor fee structure applicable to all debt counsellors as of 1 April 2018. This new fee schedule does not apply retrospectively to fees incurred prior to the effective date. Compliance with the updated fee structure will be strictly monitored by the regulator.
Number 01 | February 2018 NEW DEBT COUNSELLOR FEES CIRCULAR NO 01 OF 2017 -NEW DEBT COUNSELLOR FEES This Circular is intended to advise all debt counsellors that the National Credit Regulator (“NCR”) has completed the review of the debt counsellor fees. The new debt counsellor fee structure attached hereto is applicable as of 1 April 2018 and will not apply retrospectively. Adherence to the new debt counsellor fee structure will be monitored strictly.
