Circular No. 1 / 2026: Point of Sale Terminals at Fuel Stations
The Palestine Monetary Authority extends the validity of the regulations regarding point of sale terminals at fuel stations until the end of 2026, with the possibility of renewal. This extension applies to all payment service companies operating in Palestine and builds upon the provisions of Circular No. 2024/21 dated August 19, 2024.

Subject: Point of Sale Terminals at Fuel Stations
With reference to the subject above, and based on Circular No. (2024/21) dated 2024/08/19 regarding point of sale terminals at fuel stations, it has been decided to extend the validity of the provisions of the Circular until the end of 2026, subject to renewal.
