Circular No. (10): Questionnaire for the Knowledge Gap Study and Capacity Building Initiative
The Palestine Monetary Authority (PMA) issued Circular No. (10) on January 2, 2026, requiring all banks and specialized lending institutions to complete a questionnaire for the Knowledge Gap Study and Capacity Building Initiative. This initiative, launched on December 11, 2025, aims to identify training needs and develop programs to enhance the capabilities of the banking sector. Institutions are instructed to accurately fill out the questionnaire and submit it to GF-CCR@pma.ps.

PALESTINE MONETARY AUTHORITY
Referring to the Palestine Monetary Authority's efforts to develop the banking sector and enhance its capabilities, and based on the importance of identifying the training needs of banks and specialized lending institutions, to improve their performance and achieve their strategic goals.
The Palestine Monetary Authority requests all banks and specialized lending institutions to fill out the attached questionnaire and send it to the email: GF-CCR@pma.ps
