Circular No. 12/2026: Update of the Mobile Application for Implementing UN Security Council Resolutions
The Palestine Monetary Authority requires all payment service companies operating in Palestine to instruct relevant staff to install the newly updated mobile application for the United Nations Security Council Resolutions Implementation Committee. This update is mandated to enable authorized personnel to browse the application, utilize its features, and submit feedback to the Committee in accordance with established procedures.

Subject: Update of the Mobile Application for Implementing UN Security Council Resolutions
In the context of the competent authorities' efforts to develop and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of electronic tools related to the implementation of targeted financial sanctions, we wish to inform you that the new version of the mobile application for the United Nations Security Council Resolutions Implementation Committee has recently been completed. Accordingly, you are requested to instruct relevant employees responsible for monitoring the implementation of UN Security Council resolutions to install the new version of the application according to the attached mechanism. This will enable authorized personnel to browse and utilize the application's features and provide feedback to the United Nations Security Council Resolutions Implementation Committee in accordance with the proper procedures.
