Circular No. 2/2026: Point of Sale Terminals at Government Departments
The Palestine Monetary Authority extends the validity of the regulations concerning point of sale terminals at government departments until the end of 2026, subject to renewal. This extension applies to all payment service companies operating in Palestine and supersedes the previous validity period established in Circular No. 2025/15 dated August 18, 2025.

Reference is made to the subject above, and based on Circular No. (2025/15) dated 2025/08/18 regarding point of sale terminals at government departments, it has been decided to extend the validity of the provisions of the Circular until the end of the year 2026, subject to renewal.
