Circular No. 31/2026: Disbursement of a Salary Installment for Public Sector Employees for December 2025
The Palestine Monetary Authority requires all banks operating in Palestine to refrain from deducting installments from facilities owed by public sector employees from the salary installment transferred for December 2025. This directive is issued to alleviate financial burdens on employees during the current circumstances and to align with the Eid al-Fitr holiday period.

Subject: Disbursement of a salary installment for public sector employees for December 2025
In light of the Ministry of Finance's efforts to complete the arrangements for the disbursement of a salary installment for public sector employees for December 2025, expected to be paid before the Eid al-Fitr holiday, and with the aim of alleviating the financial burdens on employees during the current circumstances and synchronizing the payment with the Eid period, banks are requested not to deduct from the installments of facilities owed by public sector employees from the installment transferred for this month.
We hope that the necessary measures will be taken and that work will proceed in accordance with the above.
