Circular No. 5 / 2026: Working Hours of Payment Service Companies During the Month of Ramadan
The Palestine Monetary Authority mandates that payment service companies operating in Palestine reduce their official working hours during the month of Ramadan to 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM for all working days. Normal working hours resume immediately after the conclusion of the Ramadan period.

Subject: Working Hours of Payment Service Companies During the Month of Ramadan
We congratulate you on the arrival of the holy month of Ramadan, praying to Allah the Almighty that He may return it to you always in good health and well-being, and that He may return it to our people with their aspirations realized through the establishment of their independent state with Jerusalem as its capital.
Based on the provisions of Law Decree No. (41) of 2022 concerning National Payments, it has been decided to determine the official working hours of payment service companies during the holy month from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM for all working days. Working hours will return to their previous state after the end of the holy month.
