Circular No. 60: Banking Facilities Granted to the Government and Its Employees

The Palestine Monetary Authority requires all banks operating in Palestine to submit statistical data on banking facilities granted to the government and its employees by the fifth working day of each month, effective for data as of March 31, 2012. This circular mandates the use of specific Excel templates for reporting loan balances, credit limits, collateral values, and overdue installments for both the West Bank and Gaza Strip. It explicitly repeals the previous Circular No. 2011/133 and establishes a monthly reporting cycle until new instructions are issued.
