Subject: Launch of the Messaging Gateway with the Palestine Monetary Authority

As part of the Palestine Monetary Authority's efforts towards digital transformation and the development of its operations and systems in accordance with global best practices and technological developments, an electronic gateway has been developed to exchange and receive correspondence between the Authority and the entities under its supervision.

Accordingly, you are requested to commit to using the gateway for this purpose by more than one employee on your side to ensure compliance with work requirements and continuity, effective from October 13, 2024.

We would like to emphasize the following:

1. The link to access the electronic gateway is: https://dmsgw.pma.ps/PMA_Portal/Login.aspx
2. Provide us with only one email address to be linked to it, bearing a specific name for this purpose (example@your_domain) before October 9, 2024, to allow for the completion of the necessary technical arrangements.
3. To clarify the mechanism of operation of this gateway, we are attaching a user guide for the gateway, and we invite you to send two suitable candidates from those designated to use this gateway to attend a demonstration on the mechanism of operation on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at the Palestine Monetary Authority headquarters at 10:00 AM in the ground floor hall.

We would like to note that the use of the gateway will be concurrent with the current communication mechanism until further notice.
