Circular on Returns for Agents and Salesmen
The Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago requires all insurance companies to submit returns detailing their registered agents and salespersons as of December 31, 2015. The submission must include particulars for individuals, partnerships, and companies under both agents and salespersons categories. These returns must be provided in both electronic worksheet and hard copy formats no later than February 15, 2016.
