Circular on the Transfer of Monthly Salaries Due to Teachers in Private Educational Institutions
The Central Bank of Jordan directs banks to facilitate the authentication of data in a standardized form submitted by private educational institutions. This form, which lists teacher names, bank account details, and identification numbers, must be provided to the Ministry of Education to renew the institution's annual license. The requirement enforces the obligation for private schools to transfer teachers' monthly salaries to bank accounts or electronic wallets as mandated by the Private and Foreign Educational Institutions Establishment and Licensing System.

Circular to Banks Operating in the Kingdom
Subject: Transfer of Monthly Salaries Due to Teachers in Private Educational Institutions
Peace be upon you,
With reference to the above subject, and subsequently to the letter of His Excellency the Minister of Education No. (3426/2/1/5) dated 2020/07/02 regarding the provisions of Item (1) of Paragraph (t) of Article (16) of the Private and Foreign Educational Institutions Establishment and Licensing System No. (130) of 2015 and its amendments, which states as follows: "The institution is committed to transferring the monthly salaries due to the teacher to his bank account or to the electronic wallet with the payment service provider for customers and is committed to providing documents proving this."
We request your cooperation in facilitating the authentication process for the data contained in the attached standardized form, which is approved for this purpose, when submitted by the bank's client (the private educational institution) to the Ministry of Education for the purpose of renewing its annual license.
