The Central Bank of Jordan requires banks operating in the Kingdom to re-upload data regarding facilities granted to individuals and SMEs to the Office Supervision System. This re-upload must follow the methodology specified in Circular No. (3324/2/23), which replaces previous circulars from 2015 and 2016. Banks must apply this corrected data starting from the reporting date of December 31, 2022, and complete the re-upload within two weeks of the circular's issuance on February 6, 2024.

Circular to Banks Operating in the Kingdom
Greetings,
In light of discrepancies in the data related to facilities granted to the individuals and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) sectors, which are provided to the Central Bank in accordance with our Circular No. (3324/2/23) dated 2024/2/20, regarding the same data uploaded to the Office Supervision System, please ensure the adoption of the mechanism and methodology used in preparing the data provided to the Central Bank / Financial Stability Department pursuant to the aforementioned Circular, which replaced both Circular No. (15009/2/23) dated 2016/11/20 and Circular No. (14914/2/23) dated 2015/12/3.
Data previously uploaded to the Office Supervision System shall be re-uploaded according to the aforementioned mechanism and methodology, effective as of the data for 2022/12/31, within a maximum period of two weeks from the date of this circular.
