Circular Regarding the Cancellation of HSBC Middle East Limited License and Transfer of Assets and Liabilities to Arab Investment Bank
The Central Bank of Jordan approved the cancellation of the license for HSBC Middle East Limited, effective as of the end of the day on June 19, 2014. The bank's assets and liabilities are transferred to the Arab Investment Bank in accordance with the agreement signed between the two entities. This directive applies to all banks operating in the Kingdom of Jordan.

Please be informed that approval has been granted to cancel the license granted to HSBC Middle East Limited, effective as of the end of the day on 2014/6/19, and the transfer of its assets and liabilities to the Arab Investment Bank in accordance with the agreement signed between the two banks.
