Banking Rule BR/23 on the Reporting and Disclosure of Exposures Subject to Measures Applied in Response to the COVID-19 Crisis is repealed with effect from 1 January 2023. This repeal follows developments from the European Banking Authority (EBA) that occurred during December 2022. Credit institutions are directed to consult the Explanatory Note published alongside the circular for further reporting requirements and information.

The Rule is being repealed following developments from the European Banking Authority (EBA) that occurred during December 2022. All information, including any further reporting requirements, can be found in the Explanatory Note that is being published together with this Circular.
