In light of the issuance of the "2021 Instructions on Declaration of Cash and Negotiable Instruments across Borders," published in the Official Gazette No. (5757) dated 16/11/2021, and in application of the legislation concerning the import and export of foreign currency notes, coins, and precious metals, we emphasize the necessity of complying with attaching approvals issued by the Central Bank of Jordan when dealing with any external parties in the field of importing and exporting foreign currency notes, coins, and precious metals during the clearance of incoming/outgoing shipments.
