CL-2025-040: Lost Bangko Sentral Registration Document (BSRD)
The Bangko Sentral advises that BSRD No. (DE/S) 97-000203, dated 08 April 1997, covering the foreign direct investment registration of SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC (PHILIPPINES) INC., has been reported lost. Authorized Agent Banks and their subsidiary or affiliate foreign exchange corporations are instructed not to honor the document if found and presented for the purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or remittance of earnings. This prohibition applies pursuant to Section 38 of the Manual of Regulations on Foreign Exchange Transactions, as amended.

Said registration document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored if found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or remittance of earnings, pursuant to Section 38 of the Manual of Regulations on Foreign Exchange Transactions, as amended.
