CL-2026-036: Lost Bangko Sentral Registration Document (BSRD)
Authorized Agent Banks and their subsidiary or affiliate foreign exchange corporations are instructed not to honor BSRD No. A012558-DE, which has been reported lost. This prohibition applies to any presentation of the document for the purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or remittance of earnings. The directive is issued pursuant to Section 38 of the Manual of Regulations on Foreign Exchange Transactions, as amended.

LIMITED, AUSTRALIA representing assigned capital in its Philippine Branch in the amount of PHP7,873,759.49 (USD201,387.47) has been reported lost. Said registration document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored if found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or remittance of earnings, pursuant to Section 38 of the Manual of Regulations on Foreign Exchange Transactions, as amended.
